What is covered by warranty?

The warranty covers for product failures that are not caused by the user. These are for example manufacturing faults, faulty components or materials or faults in the functionality of the product. The warranty does not cover failures caused by the user or faults that are caused by neglection, for example neglecting maintenance. Nor does the warranty cover normal wearout. Warranty service

The warranty service time depends on many things such as the reason for service, the service queue, access to spare parts, shipping times to and from service etc. The service company will do its uttermost to service your product as quickly as possible in order for you to enjoy the product soon again.

Service

It might be a good idea to service a faulty product even if it doesn’t have any warranty left. You can get the contact information to service points from our customer service in order for you to check with them for service possibilities and cost estimates.

Recycling

All of us can easily contribute to the activities for supporting the environmental protection – by voluntary and gratuitously handing over waste electrical and electronic equipment (“equipment”) to an organization on waste using.

If your machine is broken, please return it to your nearest recycling point for end recycling.

EU EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

The purchase of all our products give our customers a 2 years warranty period (12-month if VAT registered customers purchase) starting from the date of purchasing.
Manufacturer warranty usually does not include electrical parts, gasket and any other parts subject to normal weariness. More over the Manufacturer’s warranty coverage will not be acknowledged in case of improper use or maintenance of the machine, not following the instructions, using the machine with no water in the boiler, and for lime deposit.

EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EU

All of your products have 2 years full world manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer warranty usually does not include electrical parts, gasket and any other parts subject to normal weariness. More over the Manufacturer’s warranty coverage will not be acknowledged in case of improper use or maintenance of the machine, not following the instructions, using the machine with no water in the boiler, and for lime deposit.

The final customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to “КОФЕ 1980” Ltd.

“КОФЕ 1980” Ltd will fix the product in warranty and will ship it back to the final customer free of charge.
